**Job Title: Electromechanical Field Service Technician**
We are seeking a qualified Electromechanical Field Service Technician to join our highly skilled and well-respected temporary staffing agency within the construction industry. CRAS specializes in conveyor systems/carousel claims units at airports and industrial warehouse facilities nationwide.

**Job Description**:
The Electromechanical Lifecycle Services Technician will travel to customer sites within the hired region to perform planned services, troubleshoot issues, make repairs, recommend spare parts, and provide upgrades/modernization.
**Note**: This is a full-time, travel position (up to 80%).
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct field service calls at customer sites to provide installation, commissioning, emergency repair, preventive maintenance, audits, retrofits, and training services.
- Perform mechanical and electrical modifications including PLC programs and servo drive configuration.
- Conduct site visit meetings with customer contacts to explain job scope and work completed, and conduct training with customers' personnel to ensure understanding of the sequence of operations, proper functionality, and general maintenance of equipment.
- Achieve service delivery goals including response time, first-time fix, and customer satisfaction rates.
- Communicate effectively with field service management and internal service support teams to efficiently resolve customer issues.
- Provide equipment reliability feedback to quality engineering and collaborate on improvements.
- Comply with industry, company, and customer safe working practices.
- Ensure paperwork, timesheets, CRM entries, expenses, and other documentation are completed promptly and to a high standard.
- Periodically perform technical support, final assurance, or other duties at Lifecycle Services headquarters.
**Qualifications**:
- AAS or BS in Mechatronics, EE, EET, EECS, or Industrial Electronics is desired.
- 3 years of experience with solid knowledge and interaction of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic components, and HMI.
- 3 years of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, emergency service, and repairing electronics and mechanical machine problems in the field.
- AB CompactLogix PLC and RSLogix500/5000 programming experience including minor modifications to PLC programs and accessing networks through PLC to troubleshoot issues, download, and unload programs.
- Ability to interpret complex technical information involving mechanics and electronics, including schematics.
- Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) parameter configuration and Servo drives and motors configurations.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify for a US passport.
**Physical Demands**:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day. The employee is frequently required to grasp, handle, and feel objects, control and manage tools, and use hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
**Work Environment**:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but at times loud. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
