Job Description
Seeking a self-motivated individual to perform construction cleaning job tasks.
Scissor lift certified preferred
OSHA 10 or construction cleaning experience is ideal*
Litchfield Park, AZ
Pay Scale $20/hr
Duration several months expected
Day shift 6am start time
Responsibilities
Required to perform a considerable amount of heavy lifting
Work well under pressure and efficiently
Remain attentive to your surroundings at all times while on the job site
Demonstrate and uphold all core values such as integrity, accountability, and teamwork
Requirements
Ability to abide by safety instruction and use of PPE
Flexible availability is imperative;variations could fluctuate from dayshift, evening shift, night shift, and potentially weekends
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Basic reading and mathematical skills
Adequate written and oral communication skills
Ability to perform physical requirements;standing, bending, crawling, for any length of time as project mandates
